When calling an emergency number...

Try to stay calm. Make sure you have these details ready:
  1. The nature of the emergency
  2. Exact location of the incident (including nearby landmarks)
  3. Caller details, for instance contact name and number
  4. Any injuries.
Do not hang up until you are told to do so, even if you dialed 107 by mistake.
